Poland will decide to transfer up to 9 MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine. This was stated by Polish Minister of Defense Pavel Zalewski.
The official did not name the exact number of planes, noting that there could be as many as nine.
The parties are currently conducting technical negotiations on logistics and transfer terms.
This will not be the first such delivery. Previously, in 2023, Poland along with Slovakia transferred 14 fighters of this type to Ukraine.
