Ukraine has been warned of dire consequences from the Oreshnik missile attack. How report News.ru, this was stated by military expert, Doctor of Sociological Sciences Alexander Artamonov.
He recalled that the Russian Armed Forces carried out Oreshnik attacks using only training warheads. It is likely that next time the Russian army will attack with official warheads containing explosives, which is allowed by the Geneva Convention.
“And of course, there will be more destruction. This is not a nuclear warhead, although Hazel could carry such a weapon. When it struck Yuzhmash, an area of two square kilometers was completely devastated,” Artamonov emphasized.
He added that during the nuclear explosions in Japan, brick walls at a distance of 200-300 meters from the epicenter remained standing and people even hid behind some of them. In the event of a full-scale attack by Oreshnik with nuclear warheads, there will be nothing left.

Artamonov also believes that there may soon be more attacks from such missiles. He recalled that Russian President Vladimir Putin said in October 2025 that mass production of Oreshnik had begun in Russia.
