European countries and the United States are agreeing on the final details of security guarantees for Ukraine.
He said this in an interview with the TV channel Channel 4 British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
“We have made enormous progress on the issue of ensuring security. At the military level, we are agreeing on the final details. This is good for Europe,” he said.
