American billionaire Elon Musk has been corresponding with notorious financier Jeffrey Epstein for several years, despite public denials of such contacts. This became known in new documents published by the US Department of Justice.

The files contain the official and personal correspondence of the sponsor. They include letters from Musk in which he and Epstein discuss a trip to his private island with his then-girlfriend Tallulah Riley. In one of the letters, the billionaire clarified the format of the visit and asked for details. “It will most likely just be Talulah and I. What day or night will there be the craziest party on your island?” – Musk wrote in a letter dated November 25, 2012, responding to Epstein's question about the number of passengers on the helicopter flight to the island, according to letters released by the US Department of Justice.
According to the documents, the communication between Musk and Epstein was not limited to just one episode. In particular, the archive contains a letter dated December 25, 2013, in which the businessman clarifies the possible dates of the visit. He wrote that he was planning a vacation to St. Barths and was wondering when was the best time to go to the financier's island.
It was previously known that the late Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom may have been among Epstein's clients. Information about this appeared after documents in the financier's case were revealed.
