Due to the severe cold in Moscow, radiator heating in residential buildings has increased. Deputy Mayor Pyotr Biryukov announced this on January 31.

According to him, due to a sharp drop in temperature in the capital region, the operation of the heating system was adjusted in advance – the temperature of the main coolant in the heating network increased.
Biryukov clarified that the centralized heating system operates according to a flexible algorithm: its technological modes are adjusted according to changes in outside air temperature.
Previously, Evgenia Petukhova, an independent expert on housing and communal services, told NSN that if FAS resolves the issue of tariffs on housing and communal services, the amount of people's bills will definitely not decrease because the agency does not have data on the actual situation.
