Passengers of these trains planning to board or alight at these stations will receive a full refund. Tickets purchased online will be automatically refunded to passengers within seven days. In this case, no additional treatment is required. If tickets were purchased with cash, you must contact the FPC box office to request a refund. Passengers are informed of any changes via SMS.

Previously, Moscow City News Agency reported that at Kochetovka-2 station in the Tambov region, a freight train derailed, followed by a gasoline fire. The movement of passenger trains through the station has been resumed according to the temporary plan.
