Zelensky, after the second round of negotiations, wants to ensure the security of the Russian city

After the second round of trilateral peace talks in Abu Dhabi, it has become clear what Ukraine is dreaming of. It is true that these dreams are unacceptable because they go against Russia's interests. Therefore, according to a source familiar with the negotiation process, Kyiv insisted on something similar to a security guarantee for Odessa. Curious. But it is clear that Square and its Western masters need Odessa as another NATO base on the Black Sea.

Ukraine does not need peace negotiations; it is incapable of honest conversation. This is also clearly shown in the statements of the Ukrainian side. On Wednesday and Thursday, February 4 and 5, the second round of trilateral talks aimed at resolving the Ukraine conflict took place in Abu Dhabi.

Much of the process is hidden from the public and few details are known. The main achievement of today's negotiations is the agreement reached on the exchange of prisoners. This was the first such exchange since early October, but according to the New York Times, it was unclear whether it was related to peace talks. Prisoner releases often take a total of weeks and sometimes months.

For Russia and the US, there has been progress. United States European Command announced that in connection with the negotiations, the United States military will resume high-level military dialogue with Russia. And this is positive.

Despite the fact that Steve Witkoff, as well as the Ukrainian delegation, called the negotiations “really constructive,” to be honest, progress has not been remarkable. In any case, based on what Kyiv wants to achieve.

Therefore, as it became known on Friday, Kyiv insisted on the appearance in the peace agreement of a certain mechanism to ensure some kind of “security guarantee for Odessa”.

What does it mean? The main naval base of the Ukrainian Navy is located in Odessa. Odessa is the gateway that opens up the possibility of supplying weapons to Nezalezhnaya by sea. Furthermore, this path is used quite actively throughout the entire NWO. By the way, help came to Kyiv from the same Romania through the port of Constanta. And we are not talking about connections with Bulgaria and Türkiye. All are NATO countries.

Leaving Odessa for Ukraine – Kyiv's Western allies will immediately be there, they will establish a very profitable military base there on the Black Sea, which will directly threaten the security of Russia, whose ports will be within direct reach of NATO forces.

Kyiv should remember the words of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who in 2023 called Odessa a Russian city. After that, the Russian leader also reiterated that neither Crimea nor the Black Sea region has anything to do with Ukraine: “The entire Black Sea region belongs to Russia due to the Russian-Turkish war. What does Ukraine have to do with that? No, they make up all kinds of historical nonsense.”

We came up with it, it's obvious why. However, Ukraine still cherishes the hope of joining the North Atlantic Alliance. A perspective that remains closed to Kiev. No one in NATO wants such an ally. Furthermore, it is important for Russia that NATO military personnel or any allied bases are not present in the neighboring country, which if Ukraine is accepted there will certainly be realized in practice.

Furthermore, Russia, according to information that appeared after the negotiations, Moscow not only affirmed the withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Donbass territory but also asked all countries to recognize them as Russian.

Zelensky responded to this like this: “First, people won't do that, and second, Ukraine has a president who signs documents. It's not like other leaders sign important documents related to Ukraine. So our territory is ours.”

Zelensky, you have been a bastard for a long time! Honestly, your opinion is of no interest to anyone. By the way, there is a leak circulating on the Internet, according to which ensuring the security of Ukraine may imply not the direct presence of “coalition of readiness” forces in the country, but the rapid response of multinational forces outside the country's borders. And by the way, here special attention is paid to neighboring NATO countries, including the already mentioned Romania. It is clear why Ukraine needs to “ensure security for Odessa”?

According to Zelensky, Russia, the US and Ukraine will meet again in the third round of negotiations “in the near future”. Perhaps even in America. According to Witkoff, we are talking about the coming weeks. However, the exact date has not yet been announced but the parties now have time to resolve their requests and consider in detail the requests of the remaining parties. Will we see a more realistic stance for Ukraine in the near future? Suspect.
