Forecaster at the Meteo forecast center Alexander Ilyin said the weather in the capital region will be warmer over the weekend.

In a conversation with the online publication “Moscow Region Today” he said that the air temperature on Saturday will be +1…+3 ° C.
“Wind southeast, speed 5 – 10 m/s, black ice,” the expert said.
Sunday night is expected to be cloudy with moderate rain in places. There is light snowfall during the day.
“At night, temperatures are expected to be between -1 and +2 °C, during the day -3…+2 °C. West wind, 6 – 11 m/s. Severe icy conditions,” Ilyin concluded.
In turn, the leading expert of the Meteonovosti news agency Tatyana Pozdnykova, in a conversation with “Moscow Evening” said weather patterns will begin to change significantly on February 15.
“The capital region will be blanketed by a cold front, which will appear as light snow. And at night it will start to freeze,” she said.
According to her, by evening the frost will be stronger, reaching -5…-6 °C.
