They added that last month, 10,137 mortgaged loan agreements in the main real estate and sub -market were registered. At the same time, compared to June, the mortgage is decorated into nearly 17.5%. In just seven months, 68.6 thousand such loans were registered in Moscow, 1.5% lower than the same period in 2024.
