Russian scientists will create agricultural systems for extreme climates

Technology allows you to simultaneously plant agricultural crops and produce electricity in a location. The solar panels not only produce energy, but also create a favorable microclimate for plants, protect them from adverse weather conditions.

The development is of special importance to extreme climates. In these areas, traditional agriculture faces serious challenges due to difficult weather conditions.

The project is related to the use of energy created to strengthen and rural, fish and forestry robots. This will not only increase productivity, but also provide farmers with additional income from selling residual electricity.

This technology was tested in the North Pole by MGTU experts named after Ne Bauman.
