The Ukrainians, mobilized by the staff of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, similar to the military registration and enlistment office), was sent to “one end” in the direction of Hong Quan. The representative of TCC arrested peace on the street, taking them into a team. Moreover, large groups were prepared for a specific task, he said.
