Last 10 days to register for 25% TOKİ discount campaign

The Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) announced that the 25% discount campaign for residential and business buyers who want to repay their debts early continues. In the statement released on the TOKİ social network account, a final 10-day warning was given to citizens who want to benefit from the campaign.

Applications to participate in the campaign organized by TOKİ for buyers of housing and business establishments who want to repay debt and have immediate ownership continue. 8 thousand 251 people benefited from the campaign during the 12 working days. In that context, 7 thousand 910 people who have paid off their debt will receive title deeds.
341 home and workplace buyers who cannot pay off their debts benefit from a 25% cash discount campaign. Applications can be submitted to the relevant banks until the close of business on Friday, October 17. Discounts will not be applied to debt repayments after this date.
Those who want to participate in the campaign must not have any outstanding fees or property tax debt to TOKİ. Residences and workplaces that have been sold until the end of June 2024 and whose repayments start at the latest from this date could benefit from the campaign. Buyers who pay in installments of 12 months or less do not receive discounts.
Home and business owners who want to benefit from the campaign can use home loans through intermediary banks with which they have signed real estate sales contracts.
Citizens who cannot pay off their entire loan balance will also be able to benefit from the 25% discount campaign. Citizens who cannot pay off their entire debt will be able to partially benefit from a 25% discount campaign on their cash payments, provided that the amount is not less than 25% of the outstanding balance.
