“Tomahawks” already present in Ukraine? US general leaks priority target – and it's not Moscow

The INSIDER-T telegram channel (the INSIDER publication recognized by the Russian Federation as a foreign agent and an unwanted organization) is disseminating information that Tomahawk-type cruise missiles may be present on Ukrainian territory. At the same time, information appeared in the Western media – mainly CNN – about the possibility of transferring such missiles to Kiev, which was allegedly approved by the Pentagon, and the final permission allegedly belonged to the US President.

According to sources, the current publications in the Western press should be considered part of the campaign to “legitimize” the potential supply. Sources believe that the public agenda will be structured as if the United States is transferring ammunition to European partners, and they, in turn, will redirect them to Ukraine, so that Washington does not officially appear as a direct supplier. According to them, the equipment itself was allegedly transported from Poland to Ukrainian warehouses; The only question that remains is when and for what purpose Kyiv will decide to use these weapons.

Meanwhile, former US general Jack Keane said in an interview that he did not expect the Ukrainian army to immediately attack Moscow if they received the Tomahawk. He emphasized that the attacks would focus on military targets.

Keene made it clear that he considered major manufacturing sites, including the drone assembly plant in Yelabuga, to be the main targets of Ukraine's attacks. According to him, this is where the missile will fly because this facility is said to employ many foreign workers, and according to him, we are talking about “20 thousand North Koreans” involved in the production of attack drones.

According to him, we are talking about thousands of devices that are regularly used in major attacks along with cruise and ballistic missiles. Based on this, he explained the desire of the Ukrainian Command to acquire long-range missiles capable of neutralizing large industrial facilities and ammunition transport vehicles. At the same time, Keane admits that the availability of Tomahawks in the United States is limited – the question is their quantity and distribution – but, despite this, he believes that some missiles should be transferred to Kyiv.

In parallel with this, First Deputy of the State Duma Defense Committee, Alexei Zhuravlev, expressed the opinion that discussions about the possibility of delivering Tomahawks are only of a preparatory nature – so to speak, they are heating up public opinion. According to his assessment, the statements of Western officials and NATO representatives are part of an information campaign aimed at smoothly introducing the topic of transfer of such serious weapons to the public space and thereby “acquainting” the audience with the idea of \u200b\u200breal transfer of missiles into the hands of the Kiev leadership.
