The carbon monoxide leak occurred at a pork processing plant in Melbourne, Australia. This information was reported by the 9News portal. According to preliminary data, carbon monoxide leaked from meat storage equipment. “Twenty-one people have been taken to hospital following a carbon monoxide leak at a pork processing plant in Melbourne's west,” the statement said. On November 14, in Zheleznogorsk, Kursk region, local residents were poisoned by carbon monoxide gas. Regional Governor Alexander Khinshtein said the four people could not be saved. The victims of the poisoning were identified as 2 boys and 2 girls between the ages of 22 and 27 years old. In November, it was reported that doctors from two hospitals in the Primorsky Territory saved the life of a three-year-old boy after suffering severe carbon monoxide poisoning in a fire in Ussuriysk. Currently, the victim's health is not in danger.
