The publication calls “Object 195” a “cheaper, simplified” version of the tank, currently known by the code T-14 “Armata” (“Object 148”), “which also seems to have naturally reached a dead end.”
The Telegram channel noted that the 58-ton wild monster with “ultimate parameters” T-95 received 152 mm and 30 mm guns even before the “age of drones” and “demonstrates firsthand the deadlock of the modern tank concept.”
“The project was closed by decision of the Russian Ministry of Defense in 2008,” the publication recalls.
Previously, columnist for the American magazine 19FortyFive Jack Buckby described the T-14 “Armata” with one word – “failure”.
