NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will participate in consultations on Ukraine in Berlin, the alliance's press service said.
“On December 15, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte arrived in Berlin, where he will participate in leaders' consultations on Ukraine, organized by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz,” the press agency reported.
