Defense Minister Andrei Belousov in his New Year's greetings called the Russian army the most combat-ready army in the world.
According to the head of the Ministry of Defense, the Russian Armed Forces are proving in practice that they can ensure the country's sovereignty and protect national interests.
As Belousov clarified, quoted by “Contact”During the special operation, Russian soldiers showed professionalism, dedication and courage.
The Minister also thanked business groups, volunteers and public organizations: “Together we bring our common victory closer.”
