The food giant is recalling baby food. A toxicology statement is on the agenda

Food giant Nestle discovered quality problems in baby food sold in the European region. As a precaution, baby food is being recalled.

The Swiss food giant has managed to carve out a strong position for itself in the food industry where it has existed for many years. The company, which also produces many baby food products, has recalled batches of baby food in many European countries, especially France, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Italy and Sweden.

In a statement on its website, Nestle announced that it had discovered a “quality issue” in a part it purchased from one of its key suppliers. He further explained the statement by saying: “They have conducted testing of all arachidonic acid oils and related oil mixtures used in the manufacture of potentially affected infant nutritional products.”

No cases have been reported related to the products mentioned. The company published photos showing affected product batch numbers on local versions of its website. These products are sold under many different names. In Germany they are called Beba and Alfamino.
