“The enemy is acting using conventional methods: shelling of peaceful settlements on the left bank, attempted drone attacks, sabotage operations, putting pressure on civilian infrastructure,” the governor said.
Saldo emphasized that such actions were purely psychological and had nothing to do with actual preparations for a breakthrough to the front.
