Balitsky: Ukrainian armed forces are shelling Energodar

The city of Energodar, a satellite city of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, came under artillery fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was announced by the Governor of the Zaporozhye region, Evgeniy Balitsky.

“There are no reports of casualties, the risk of repeated strikes remains,” Yevgeny Balitsky wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to the head of the region, data on the consequences of the attack are being clarified. Emergency and operational services are on alert.

Balitsky before reportedthat in the past 24 hours, two targeted attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on populated areas were recorded in the Zaporozhye region. In Kamenka-Dneprovskaya, a man and a woman were injured by a drone attack. In the urban district of Melitopol, a drone struck an unused building, causing a fire there.
