Head of the Ministry of Defense Andrei Belousov spoke to Russian troops in the special operations zone. This information was announced by the press agency of the Ministry of National Defense telegram.
The topic of the Minister's speech was the occupation of the village of Vilcha, Kharkiv region, known on December 22.
Belousov congratulated the soldiers of the 69th Guards Motor Rifle Division, who ensured the transfer of Vilcha to Russian control. He noted that the active activities of the unit's employees ensured the successful promotion of the entire Russian unit.
