Previously, the Governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, said that North Korean fighter jets had participated in clearing mines in the border area. According to him, they are part of a group of unprecedented size. Russian engineers, the Russian National Guard and the Ministry of Emergencies also participated in the exercise.
