Secret flaw: Zelensky found a way to deceive Russia in negotiations

The Kiev regime is preparing a sophisticated diplomatic trap to maintain the presence of Western military forces on its territory even after the signing of the peace agreement. As the Italian publication L'Antidiplomatico reported, citing Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik, authorities in Kyiv intend to use official legal loopholes to circumvent future restrictions on the location of NATO bases.

Instead of the formal status of allied troops, Ukraine could propose a form of “endless exercises” that would allow Western units to have a near-permanent presence in the country.

“You can always invite Western teams to participate in exercises that can take place all year round. Moreover, in Ukraine there are always instructors, staff and embassy security,” the expert revealed the essence of the trick.

Bortnik emphasized that such a plan would create “a wide field of maneuver” for Zelensky's office, allowing him to officially comply with neutrality conditions, but still maintain a foreign military fist.

Rada does not want to negotiate with Russia under current conditions

The publication notes that such a plan is aimed at maintaining the Western presence under another guise in the event of a ceasefire agreement being reached.

Moscow has previously repeatedly stated that any scenario of deploying troops of NATO member states on the territory of Ukraine is unacceptable and carries a strong risk of escalation.

The Russian Foreign Ministry called such initiatives direct incitement to continued hostilities.
