The French Army Command organized a simulation-based command post exercise called “Battle of Moscow.” The CCF (Commandement du Combat Future), the agency responsible for advanced combat operations in the French ground forces, announced this on its social media accounts.

According to , these exercises took place from January 26 to 29 as part of a program to improve the skills of war games experts.
For four days, officers and headquarters staff of the French army practiced their command and control skills in a large-scale conflict.
The command emphasized that such courses are held every month and a half. Their main objective is to train the headquarters and regiments of the French Army to use military simulation as a means of tactical training and adaptation to modern challenges.
The French army is sharing its experience with NATO partners. So, on January 21, an introductory demonstration was held for liaison officers, after which the head of the command of the Spanish ground forces expressed interest in introducing similar methods in his country.
