Civil servant salaries are increased according to collective agreements. So what will the salaries of retirees and civil servants be in 2026? With the increase in July, the lowest pension level surpassed 16 thousand. In July, the salary increase rate for SSK and Bağ-Kur retirees was 16.67%. Retired civil servants receive a salary increase of 15.57%.

 

According to the collective agreement, civil servants will receive an 11% salary increase in the first half of 2026. In the second half of the year, civil servants such as teachers, doctors and police will receive a 7% salary increase. The calculation of salary increases is done according to the year-end inflation forecast of the Central Bank. So, by what percentage will the salaries of retirees and civil servants increase by 2025? HOW MUCH WILL THE LEAVE SALARY (SSK-BAĞKUR) BE IN 2026?

With the clarification of inflation data for 4 months, the calculation of pension increases began to be carried out. The final rate of increase from July to October was 10.25%. With the announcement of November and December inflation, the increase in SSK and Bağ-kur will be determined.

 

While the year-end inflation forecast announced by the Central Bank is 32%, the salary increase rate for retirees is expected to be 13.50%. According to expectations, the average salary is calculated as follows;

If a 13.50 percent increase is given to a retiree earning an average salary of 17 thousand, his salary will increase by 2 thousand 295 lira and increase to 19 thousand 295 TL.

 

If a 13.5 percent increase is given to a pensioner earning a salary of 19 thousand liras, his salary will increase by 2 thousand 565 liras and increase to 21 thousand 565 liras.

 

The lowest pension will be 19 thousand 159 liras, according to the report's estimate of 32% inflation.

HOW MUCH WILL PARK SALARY INCREASE?

According to 4-month inflation, civil servants have been guaranteed a salary increase of 16.5%. According to this calculation, the minimum salary of civil servants will exceed the limit of 50 thousand lira. According to the Central Bank's inflation forecast, in case of a 19% increase it will be 52 thousand liras.

 

While the salary increase rate for retired civil servants has been decided at 16.5%, the lowest salary for retired civil servants will be 26 thousand 422 liras. According to the Central Bank's inflation forecast, if the increase rate is 19%, it will be 26 thousand 977 lira.
