The yellow level is the average level on the weather warning color scale and represents potentially hazardous weather conditions on the forecast map.
According to the latest forecasts from weather forecasters, next night in Moscow amid cloudy skies there will be almost no rain, and thermometers will show from minus 3 to minus 1 degree. In the Moscow region, temperatures are expected from zero to minus five degrees. On Monday afternoon in the capital – from zero to plus 2 degrees, in the region – from minus 3 to plus 3 degrees.
On Tuesday evening, forecasters from the Russian Federal Hydrometeorological Center predict light snowfall in the Moscow region, while the capital will see no rain. Air temperatures will be from minus 3 to minus 1 degree in urban areas and from minus 5 degrees to zero in the region. During the day, light snowfall is predicted in the capital region, and thermometers in Moscow will show from zero to minus 2 degrees, in the Moscow region – from minus 4 degrees to plus 1 degree.
