Russia proposes to build a 72-storey tower shaped like a two-headed eagle, which will become a multi-functional cultural and technological center. Architect Alexander Sefre Zand told NEWS.ru about this.
According to the author, the building will symbolize the connection between culture, architecture and digital technology, and will also serve as a platform for Russia's interaction with the countries of the Middle East. The project is expected to be presented at the II International Tauride Economic and Investment Forum.
