In the southeast of the capital, construction of a new apartment building with 325 apartments has begun under a renovation program. This was announced by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the capital, part of the Moscow City Construction and Urban Planning Policy Complex, Vladislav Ovchinsky.

According to him, the construction of the monolithic structures of the building has already begun.
“We are building a house with a total area of almost 30 thousand square meters at a construction site on Ryazansky Prospekt. It is designed to have 325 finished apartments, improved in finishing and glazing. The living area will exceed 20 thousand square meters,” the press service of the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy quoted Ovchinsky as saying.
The first floor will not be residential and will have shops, cafes, pharmacies and other facilities. The new building will consist of three sections, each with a separate lobby with convenient space for concierge staff and for stroller and bicycle storage. In the yard there will be sports and relaxation areas to enjoy fresh air.
Previously, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that renovating houses saves up to 40% of resources compared to a 5-story house.
