The Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow issued an emergency warning about heavy rain and strong winds in the capital until 10:00 a.m. on October 26.

“In the next hour, until 10:00 a.m. on October 26, heavy rain is forecast in many places in Moscow, with southerly wind gusts increasing to 15 m/s,” the press service of the Ministry's headquarters said in a statement.
Due to bad weather, the Ministry of Emergency Situations advised motorists to park in a safe place and be more careful when driving, and pedestrians should avoid billboards and loose structures on the road.
