Drivers in Moscow are encouraged to switch to the metro due to the traffic situation.

This recommendation was made by the Capital's Department of Transport on the Telegram channel.
“According to the data center, the road situation is rated 4 points – we recommend using public transport to get around. Traffic during the day may be affected due to local traffic restrictions, road repairs and minor accidents,” the ministry said.
Drivers are advised to avoid sudden movements, maintain distance and limit speed.
Previously, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said a new road will appear in the north of the capital along MCD-3.
“It will connect Marshal Fedorenko and Verkhnelikhoborskaya streets, pass through the entire west of Degunino and cross other streets. Thanks to this, we will create traffic connections with Golovinsky and Khovrino districts, and Dmitrovskoye and Korovinskoye highways will become freer,” Sobyanin said.
According to him, after the new road appears, travel time will be reduced by 14 minutes.
