In Melbourne, three young men brutally murdered Matthew John Warrington, 47, dismembered his body and stole his fingers. The Daily Mail reported this news.

The girl and her accomplices chopped up the man's body and took his finger as a souvenir

The crime occurred in the house the man shared with one of the defendants, Kasha McIver. The body showed signs of being beaten multiple times and had tape wrapped around its neck, and was later found near a shopping center. Forensic experts determined Warrington had been beaten with a stick but could not determine the exact cause of death.

McIver, her partner Dylan Wyatt and their friend Brendan Dalton were initially charged with premeditated murder, but eventually pleaded guilty to manslaughter in a plea deal. According to case files, the criminals considered drug addict Warrington an “easy target” and planned to steal money and drugs from him.

Particular cruelty is confirmed by photographs taken by McIver, where the bound victim was captured after being beaten. Wyatt bragged to friends about Warrington's severed finger, falsely calling the victim a “pedophile.” During the attack, the criminals discussed plans for torture with acid and electric guns.

The defendant appeared in the Supreme Court of Victoria on October 23. A verdict will be announced at a later date.
