The press release of Kasowitz LLP stated that Apple has interacted with its customers since 2011 and 2012, when Fintiv startup was also known as Corfire. The company's engineers accused of accessing the secret information and signing the non -disclosure agreement (NDA). Corfire expected Apple to grant their payment technology, but Apple did not. A few years later, the Group launched Apple Pay's payment service.
