Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russian Federation Andrrei Omelchuk, as part of the plenary meeting of the International Forum, Digital Week Kazan, said that the University of Innopolis began to create a digital assistant investor based on artificial intelligence (AI). The system will study scientific and will help check the hypotheses.
The project is implemented as part of the development of digital platforms for the scientific community. The platform combines research data, Russian experts and business orders. In the future, it is planned to create specialized public services for scientists with simplified interfaces.
In parallel in the field of education, digitization continues. This year, 12 out of 18 services planned. Special successes achieved in the automation of reception campaigns: The application time for college has dropped to 50 seconds. In 2025, more than 1.2 million applications were sent via public service portal.
