In Tomsk, they created “ink” for printers with 3D printers

Press services from the University of Architecture and Construction of Tomsk (TGASU) reported that university scientists have developed a new work to print three -dimensional buildings of buildings. A mixture of sand, cement and industrial waste allows you to create houses one and two floors to seven meters high.

In Tomsk, they created “ink” for printers with 3D printers

One characteristic of development is the use of marble and ash chips with CHP, accounting for 10% of the mass of the mixture. These components increase the hardness and strength of structures no less than traditional construction materials. At the same time, producing and using local raw materials and wasting Siberian businesses.

The 3D printing technology of buildings allows you to build 100 square meters in 100 hours, including complex elements: stairs, cavities and design details. Only two people are required for the job.

The first house to use “Ink” has started to print. The development is implemented as part of the 2030 priority program and was introduced by university industrial partners.
