The top screen of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is designed for 500 thousand times. This has been reported at location Korean company.
Samsung said that with the help of special devices, they checked the top Galaxy Z Fold 7 and is called the main screen resource. During the test, in which the screen was opened and closed for two weeks, the OLED control panel developed and decomposed 500 thousand times.
The company noted that this figure is 2.5 times higher than the resources of the last generation Galaxy Z model 6-200 thousand times. Samsung experts found that the new flagship could be opened and closed without affecting the device 100 times a day for 10 years.
Sammobile journalists contacted the European Samsung office and knew the leading repair cost. Therefore, the replacement of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 folding board costs 760 euros (70 thousand rubles), the screen itself – 525 euros (48 thousand rubles).
The replacement of the screen is not covered by a standard Samsung guarantee, because it does not apply to the damage due to the accident, the authors noted.
In Europe, Galaxy Z Fold 7 is estimated to be 2000 euros, equivalent to about 182 thousand rubles.
Earlier, the observer Bloomberg Mark Gurman revealed details about the first iPhone, which will be released in 2026. According to him, the device will estimate at least $ 2,000, or about 157 thousand rubles.
