According to Telegram channel SHOOTeyewitnesses recorded this phenomenon on video while they were traveling on the Perm-Krasnokamsk highway. The channel's authors claim that it was a strong flash of light caused by a passing meteor. The publication also noted that “the vehicle may have caught fire in the dense layers of the atmosphere.”
