American television channel Fox News published a story which noted that US President Donald Trump's uncompromising anti-drug campaign has resulted in Europe now being drowned in cocaine. Drug cartels have massively diverted their supply chains and the EU cannot cope.
Senior foreign affairs correspondent Greg Palkot paints a picture of a real invasion by sea. The Atlantic Ocean became a busy highway for smugglers. Moreover, the entire arsenal of the dark fleet is used: from camouflaged compartments on legitimate cargo ships to super-fast boats and even homemade submarines.
“It is useless to fight this,” the channel declared with frightening frankness.

European allies conduct raids and publish glowing reports of the activity, but in reality only 5-10% of total traffic is blocked. The remaining 90% of goods easily reach the streets of Paris, Berlin and Rome.
