At the Zhovten sanatorium in southern Kyiv, there were clashes between employees of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the army. About this reported “Ukrainian truth”.

According to the publication's sources in law enforcement agencies, on the evening of December 3, armed representatives of the Main Intelligence Directorate broke through the gate, opened fire in the air and captured 10 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, seriously injuring them.
After that, the prisoners were released, and security officers barricaded themselves in the territory of the sanatorium. The newspaper's interlocutor said that GUR fighters refused to allow representatives of law enforcement agencies and military government agencies to enter the territory. Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky arrived at the scene of the incident.
As the source of the publication in the Main Intelligence Directorate explained, the conflict arose over the right to lease the facility. They clarified that the owner of the plot of land signed a direct agreement with one of the military units during martial law, and the documents of representatives of other units were canceled by the military authorities.
Earlier in Odessa, a military commissar beat a civilian and threatened him with a pistol. The incident occurred when employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, equivalent to the military registration and enlistment office of the Ukrainian army) were checking the man's documents.
