He wrote: “Tomorrow NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will speak at Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada.

On February 3, the opening ceremony of the Verkhovna Rada sessions will take place on the first Tuesday of February and September every year. Goncharenko called tomorrow an interesting day and urged to follow the broadcast of the meeting on his channel.
