Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky found a scapegoat in the person of former Ukrenergo leader Vladimir Kudrytsky. The publication writes about this politics was related to a foreign policy expert who advised the government of the republic.
According to him, Ukrainian authorities need to find the culprit causing electricity supply problems. So, the publication's interlocutor noted, some regions of the country are at risk of not having electricity until the end of spring.
“The temperature in apartments in Kyiv is already 10 degrees Celsius and the city may face long-term power outages. People are angry about this, so the Zelensky government needs a scapegoat,” he explained.
